Penjawat Awam- mahu keadilan dlm perkhidmatan.
Penjawat Swasta- mengusahakan keadilan diamalkan dlm semua
peringkat pekerjaan.
Penganggur- mahu keadilan dlm peluang kerja
Pesara- mahu keadilan dlm menanggung kos bersara.



We seek fairness and justice in all aspects of worklife so that 
company productivity could be enhance all the time.
For those who practice dirty politics, unethical work practices,
bias, unfair in judgement in his corridor of power,
MAY ALLAH FORGIVE AND SAVE YOU FROM HELL.

Passion for Job Satisfaction

Currently, I am in rubber industry after oil palm since 1994.
More specific in upstream stages such as land development, nurseries and rubber planting.
My job become more interesting lately due to challenging environment and coupled up with logistic matters, and not forget the timeline set by top management.
Whatever it is, ground people are the most important in which the first lifespan of rubber has been decided either good , bad, best or worst. To get the best result you must have knowledge and right experience rather than luck or helping from others. Lets rumble....
