I need further info regarding this serai farming and serai product.

When I glance thru some website eg lemongrassworld.com I saw that the price of serai tea bags of 10 is nearly rm40.00.

Aiyyaaa.. why so mahai haaa...??

I m really interested to start serai farming if got right partner.

But before start, I have to established buyer first.. so frens in KL/Sgor who deals in marketing may be can help..

Bila lg nak tlg member bro...?? or may be sapa2 those already involved in the business, boleh laa kongsi ilmu and idea skit..

It's good to start this business with reliable info and sources rather than hantam kromo sja..

Ataupun kot2 ada member yg nak jv buat projek serai... you r most welcome.. banyak lg tanah2 kosong kat Kedah nie.. no need to start big area.. enough to start with 1-5 acs first and grows from there.

If proper-managed it will produced min. 5000 points of serai with average 4-5 kgs per point.. or 15 ton to 20 ton.

Currently ex-farm price is rm0.80 - 1.00. Correct me if wrong..

Day b4 yesterday, I got call from mr n, want workers for cleaning his new house. His wife soo eager to enter their new house in Bdr Astana. So after explaining few things he agree with our price.. So yesterday my 2 cleners went there doing da job.. for normal job it's easier to do routine work rather than scrubbing stains.

After 3pm, they said the job was done.. but b$ that I got 3 calls from mr n.. which got calls fr his wife supervising the job... complaining one after another. aiyyo.. another one customer dissatisfied.. Then 4pm I scold the cleaners again... so we need to redo the work one more time..

Actually for new house, there must be scrubbing entire floor and not just normal mopping.. 10 times mop also can not do one... inclusive glass window and panels, toilets, stairs all must redo again.. so we waste 10 manhours for that slacky cleaners.. Next time you must bring stick or rotan with you like tok guru checking p ramlee practising silat.

Today, from 8pm to 6pm they (thre cleaners) do scrubbing all over the house.. hopefully mr n and his wife will agree with us and satisfied that their flooor already clean,.

Pensan laa kalo ini tuan rumah semua begini pak.....

One fine day, a very suckcessful vacuum cleaner salesman visiting one house in the neighbourhood. With full enthusism and energy he knock the door and came out a beautiful blonde lady. Before she say anything, the salesman throwing all the rubbish on the floor and said" Don't worry maam, I m very confident with my vacuum cleaner, your carpet will be swept cleanly. If anything left I will ready to eat it." "If that so," says that lady, "Better you start chewing, my house doesn't has an electricity yet!!" Muaa ha haa.

Twins, Triplets, Quadraplets....

Four expectant father sat nervously waiting their wives in labor room. Then came out a midwife to first guy.. "Congratulations sir, you got twins". Proudly he said, " I worked in Petronas twin towers...". A few minutes later on, the midwife came and said to the second father.. "Congrats sir, you got a triplets". That guys smilingly told " I worked 3 years with 3D Corporation in KL.."

The third father still wait patiently after 10 minutes when the same midwife shout at him "God bless you sir, you got quadraplets..". Woww... every body cograts him. Then he reveals that "I worked in Four Season Hotel Langkawi...".

After one hour, still no news for the fourth father. Everyone looked at him who sat very nervously. One of them ask him to be patient and pray to god... He replys "I worked in 7eleven.....!!!"
